I have purchased a mobile branded Panasonic eluga A2 from the online portal – Snapdeal. the mobile has started giving the problem from the sixth month onwards, now the mobile is completely under shut down mode. however I have contacted Panasonic and snap deal as well. It was wonder that I had a very bitter experience/ response from the both the teams. I requested them to replace the mobile several times, even after 22 mails to snapdeal also they dint respond to sort out the issue.
Please kindly sort out the issue.
