Dear Sir, I have purchase Akai- 7713 Q Touch & Type mobile IMEI no.911200650023660 & 911200650023678 from Snapdeal.com online. vide Order no.843206344 dt:09.01.2013 The mobile Touch pad not working so I am giving this mobile for Repairing at Your service center At Maxcom Thane on 20.07.2013. job Sheet No.MOBI/MUM/13/7/20/0003, Customer code 100113743 . Till Date I am not received my Mobile.
No any response from Maxcom Customer service. So please help me and resolved my mobile problem.
