My complaint is against The online shopping site SNAPDEAL.com
I am suffering from last 3 months for my money to be refund.
Due to wrong delivery of product by SNAPDEAL
You help consumers on trouble.,its very nice.,and now even i am in trouble,i have purchased a product from SNAPDEAL.com and after 7-8 days i got a call to recieve my product and after the delivery i opened that parcel i saw it was not the same product i hve ordered..i called snapdeal and they said me to wait you will be helped…after few days i got a call from snapdeal they said me to parcel back the product to them …i parceled back the product and after that they are not responding seriously i call then everyday..and they always ask me to wait….now i don’t know what to do…its about 3 months i didn’t got my money back….please help me.

I am not able to login my facebook id from snapdeal.The id from which i logged in while the time of buying my product,Order no-1981344866 but I am not able to do that now.Can you help me to get my money refunded to my bank.
