My order of kurta pyjama set with Order ID: 19812923332 on 4 Sept 17 was received on 11 sept 17 without pyajama. I return the with reference no 43718315 on 13 sept 17. The return was arranged by the Snapdeal itself. The courier agent picked up from my place of residence and handed over a slip. I had returned the product which I received. But they returned the product on 20 sept by saying that their quality check fails. Telephonically they contacted me and said the material which they sent and returned was different. From my side it is clear that I have sent the same material which I received. But quality check fail it means they had intentionally sent me wrong material as I am unaware of the material quality as I am not professional. On their part they had also not sent me the pics after my order and what material they had parceled. Then how could I know the quality color etc. How can I believe their quality check. Please help as I have returned them the same product I received.
