SNAPDEAL.COM – Wrong color being sent – NO REFUND, NO REPLACEMENT

Wrong color of the geyser being sent by SNAPDEAL I purchased Racold 15L Eterno 2 Series Vertical Geyser which is shown on website as Grey and dark grey color, but i got a white and blue color, which is not what i was looking for. This is really bad that there is no guarantee that you get what you see on this website. Snapdeal says that they have not committed the color to be the same as shown on website.

So, guys, don’t ever think, that the item which is displayed will be same when delivered.

And, also i wrote an email to [email protected] they say that they don’t cover electronics goods for returns/refunds, what the heck,?
So, guys please think before clicking buy, because you would click on buy and they will send some different color and then you have to suffer with all customer care executives, and in the end, you will find that you have been fooled by SNAPDEAL. Shame on this!

THEY SAY FOLLOWING WORDS ON THEIR WEB PORTAL, AND HAVE NO SENSE OF COMMITMENT:- “Snapdeal strongly values customer satisfaction and understands that you may be worried what will happen to your money if you are buying online. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your buying experience on Snapdeal, and the quality of the product you receive. Our service TrustPay guarantees your purchase and gives you 100% of your money back in case we falter on our commitments. ”

I mean what kind of TRUSTPAY is this, if you can not get what you want, even your whole money and time is gone.

I CONDEMN THIS POLICY OF TRUST PAY, AS IT IS OF NO USE , PLEASE DONT USE THIS SNAPDEAL.COM EVER AGAIN, REAL FRAUD.

  1. I am placing 2 pcs of samsung note 3 and your vendor commitment is wrong due to which I miss deal in other site … Your site and your vendor is not trustable I m not satisfy with all of this .
