I ordered (Orderid# 1348829757) a knife set from Snapdeal.com on 20-Oct-2013 which was to be shipped by 21-Oct-2013 and delivered in 3 days. However after 1 weeks it was not even shipped. I raised multiple complaints but no result. Finally On 28-Oct i requested for cancellation as snapdeal was not able to ship the product. Even after 4 days, as of 1st-Nov-2013 order is not yet cancelled.
