My Vivo phone suddenly became abnormal..

I was just charging it from Vivo charger..but the usb cable was a new one i ordered from snapdeal on 13th
dec…so despite being new…i faced some loose connection while charging…

while i was struggling with this charging issue…phone screen suddenly went black..

i tried with some other charger in some time..so it resumed..but again when i tried with the previous
combination..it again started behaving abnormally and was getting re started all of sudden.

Same as stated in the 1st mail…

the cable is creating problem now..and my phone is blacked out due to some malfunctioning of the cable

the return / replacement date was 20 Dec and is over now. within this date no issues were there and i was out of station (in rajasthan)

so there was no question of complaint.

but its being 10/11 days more since then and i am facing problem..

So req u to suggest some solution.

HI THERE,

YOUR COURIER PARTNER GUY HAS VISITED MY HOME FEW MINUTES BACK, BUT I HAVE NOT HANDED OVER THE CABLE TO HIM FOR THE MOMENT
AS I HAVE ANOTHER SERIOUS CONCERN WITH YOU AND / OR THE CABLE MANUFACTURER.

ONE UPDATE FROM MY SIDE REGARDING THIS ACCEPTED REQUEST OF PICKING THE PRODUCT BACK
AND PROCESSING REFUNDS.

MY PHONE HAS SUFFERED EVEN BIGGER AND UNPRALLELED LOSS OF HIGHLY IMPORTANT DATA STORED IN THE INTERNAL MEMORY
OF THE PHONE, BECAUSE MOTHERBOARD IS MALFUNCTIONED BECAUSE OF THE FAULTY CABLE, WHILE I WAS TRYING TO CHARGE.

SO, NOW MY DEMAND IS A FAIR COMPENSATION TOWARDS THE NEW MOTHERBOARD COST. (WHILE THE DATA I LOST IS WAY BEYOND
ANY COMPENSATION SO, JUST ASKING FOR A COMPENSATION FOR MY MOBILE)

THE NEW MOTHERBOARD IS COSTING MINIMU RS 7000 (THE PRICE IS BEING TOLD BY VIVO MOBILE AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTER)

KINDLY LET ME KNOW, WHAT IS THE BEST COMPENSATION YOU CAN HELP ME WITH.

BASED ON YOUR REPLY (WHICH I AM ANTICIPATING IN POSITIVE) WE CAN FURTHER GO FOR RETURN / REPLACEMENT / REFUND OPTIONS.

You guys seem to have gone BLIND or may be COLOUR BLIND…since you are not reading the detail i am writing (So far some 6 times i might have written)

if you would not call then this case would keep lingering on since the dialogue is not happening smooth and clear between us.

You are not reading the concern that i am writing.

As informed by our courier, you want to keep your FPX USB Data Cable Blue – 1.2 Meter (Color: Blue).
This is wrongly stated by your courier. We said that, till the time you dont help us with a compensation solution to me (as explained 100 times in the previous mails)
we will be keeping the product with us, but we want to return it back and get not only the cash refund for it but compensation for my damaged phone too.
In the forwarded mails below…the same is been explained in detail. Please pay heed, before you pay the compensation or refund. Else, i would have to move to
Consumer Court with my complaint. So now consider this mail as a preventive warning.

AND THIS IS THE LATEST, TYPICAL MAIL FRON THEM..
