Snapdeal – Given incomplete and breakable item

Snapdeal gives me incomplete as well as break item but when I do return request then their quality checker came and check the product after that he went but after some days my item has been sent me back due to incomplete order that company said to me also their customer care number doesn’t have direct call to executive person service what I do sir please help me .I want my case back or replace my product
