Snapdeal is a Fraud Company

An order for a Bottle warmer was placed in the month of July online with Snapdeal. The initial Bottle warmer that was shipped was faulty. Post raising a complaint the product was picked from my home & again a faulty product was delivered. Upon raising this I got a mail from Snapdeal that they need more time to investigate this issue & come back to me.

Since then I had been waiting for a response until 29th October. Since I did not get a response I sent an other mail stating the problem from the beginning. However they had replied stating the below thought he complaint was raised within 7 days & they did not resolve the issue.

As per the TrustPay grantee you could call us back within seven days of receiving the product for any complains/concerns.

However as you have called us post seven days, we regret to inform you that we would not be able to take your request.

We would kindly advice you to take your product to the authorised service centre for your product.
