I purchased a Casio watch worth 10,525 from snapdeal on 30 september.when i ordered it there was 7 days easy return policy on the product .I got my order on 5th October at evening I opened the box but I was not satisfied with the product so I requested for return within half an hour.but i got a mail from snapdeal that your order is not available for return policy.they refused to refund my money.their customer care executive behaved so redely n refused for refund.they said to accept whatever I got .So kindly help me to get my money back.
