snapdeal – not giving discount on replaced orders

I had ordered 3 bags online from snapdeal and accordingly got discount of 35% but one of the bags was defective so i registered for replacment but the snapdeal people arranged refund and did not gave me 35 % off onthe bag which i suggested for replacement l had to pay full amoumt ie 999 for the bag instead of discount value the snapdeal people are telling it is our policy that if any order is cancelled due to any reason the discoun t would be void .in the present age of window shopping consumers should be aware of such websites forgery and betraual kindly circulate such message allover tx
