Snapdeal – Refund

I want to purchase mobile flip cover from snapdeal and when i payment the product amount, a message shows that order not successful during price upload error but amount debited from my bank a/c. I have complaint all necessary proofs according to snapdeal customer care executives. I have contacted many times to snapdeal but after 3 months i have not received my money. Please fix this issue soon.
