I am, like any one else, a normal citizen of India. I placed an order with an online e-commerce site called Snapdeal a few months back. My order wasn’t upto my specification due to which, as per their refund policies, they owed me my own money back. I filled a request on July 4. inspite of my repeated mails, phonecalls and reminders, they have not acted on it yet. I wonder if they even want to? The management gurus have forgotten that customer retention is much cheaper than acquisition. If this is how their “business model” is like, I wish them all the best for the times are going to be very hard for them. with competition increasing and customer services provided by amazon and flipkart seeing a new level, the drift of customers is imminent.
Its a sincere request to one an all reading this, every deal isnt the best deal. Think not once , not twice, but a lot many times before doing business with them.
