I ordered a mobile from this online website https://www.sparkclues.com on 28/10/19. I found this website on the google search page. I paid rs. 1000 using the upi id. The instructions on the payment page mentioned that after payment the order has to be verified on whatsapp and a whatsapp link was given. But when i clicked on that link it said that the number is not valid (Only two digits i. E 91 was given).

When i went to their website details i found a phone number which i called but i was informed that incoming call was not accepted in that number.

I also got an email id from the contact page. I mailed but got no response.

I did not receive any sms/email from their side after making payment and placing order. It’s been 3 days and the order is still showing ‘on hold’ and not shipped whereas in their shipping policy it says the products are shipped within 48 hours.
I strongly believe that they are fake and they are cheating the poor people who buy online products.
