I had ordered a stroller from star and daisy in the month of may and the order number is 56775 and had already made the online payment of rs 5683… while tracking the order it mentioned that order cannot be delivered and the product is back to warehouse and amount will be refunded which has not been done till now.. I have tried contacting the customer support which is of no use… I had already raised a complaint number which is 7171 and there is no update… the customer service do not receive the calls and they are so rude. They mention that they will provide an update and no one gets back.. they have the worst customer service ever.. please help me in getting my refund from this fraudulent company.
