Star and Daisy – Received a faulty product

I ordered a electric swing from star and Daisy and got it delivered on 6 August 2022 . Same day i realised that the product is not working as it should. Then i complaint about the product on the same day and requested them to return the product as mentioned on their website with all tags and packing. Their customers care told me that they don’t accept returns they can only provide product replacement that to if i request them to replace the order within 7 days of delivery.

I requested them to replace the product on the same day of delivery. But they sent me a part replacement. Even after replacing the part . The machine is not working fine . Upon inspecting further it came to my notice that a small plastic part was cracked.

I requested them to replace that part as it could have been damaged in transit. But they refused saying that it was not he problem from beginning. They don’t follow the promises they make on their website and are making people fool . I request you to kindly look into the matter.
