I had ordered kawachi cordless floor cleaner G3 from www.starcj.com. When pressing the switch the dust bag falls on the ground. But in reality it should be opened half. I had contacted the kawachi customer care and also emailed them regarding the problem. It seems that they are not intrested. My order id is 20160118068487. I had called starcj also. They told me to contact kawachi customer care. Kindly take some action against both of them please.
