I had purchased a footwear of steve madden on 15.02.2018 from shopper’s stop, fun republic mall, lucknow, india. On wearing it for the first time for work, the sole of both the moccasins has just came out in wearing of not even 2 hours. I would really want you to take this matter as a serious concern because this is not acceptable from such a brand.
In case of any further issue or query.
I have the bill and the moccasins in the same condition kept with me.
