I booked two sarees from this e Commerce site by paying Rs 998.00. My order IDs are 19810 dt 15/12/20 n 20494 dt 17/12/20. But till the time I have not received the material. How Can I make complaint about this e Commerce.

I too faced the same issue with the Styleatelier site and lost 598 initially. But I had emailed the payment gateway which this site is using explaining my concern and asking them to block this fraud site from using the payment gateway services. After a couple of emails and investigation from the team. They have processed my refund of 598 to my account. Hope this helps those who lost the money.
I ordered a saree for Rs. 399 on 27 December 2020. It is a stylish look grey color linen digital print designer saree. So far there is no information or any news from them with regard to my order. I received a confirmation from them for the purchase and that my order is getting ready for shipment. My order number is #23730. I am lodging this message as a complaint. Hope I get the order or refund of my order money as early as possible.
