Dear Sir,
we have to receive the courier which has been booked in Mumbai vide AWB No. 33541140581 dated 28. Aug. 2016 and it has been received on 31st of August 2016. and I made a call to Ludhiana Delivery HUB. and they have confirmed that the courier has been received and delivery area is NON Delivery Area. I have told them to please hold the shipment and I will personally collect it Tomorrow Morning.
On 1/Sept/2016, I reached at delivery HUB. and after checking the record they told me that it has been returned to Mumbai mistakenly. they Immediately called the Delhi HUB and Mumbai HUB and also send the mail to redirect it to Ludhiana.
BLUE Dart Customer care Number is not working. Ludhiana Office NOs is also not working
I have to receive very important documents. I have to face Huge Financial Loss due to this messup made by Blue dart
I will go to consumer court for this financial loss.
