On19.01.2025 I placed an order for one no EMS Foot Massager costig Rs. 2100.00 which was shipped by Super Deals, Buldg. No. 67, Lane Number
3, Shastri Park, Chander Nagar, Delhi 110051 and sent through Blue Art. Order No. NeuroFlow 1395 and Invoice no. Retail321763 dt. 19.01.2025. I received the article on 22.01.2025. The payment was made through google pay. When I put the Massager into use, I found it not working. One of the conditions notified by the Company is that if the Massager is found not working and the same is brought to the notice of the company within one month from the date of purchase, it will be replaced with a new one. But to my dismay I find nowhere a space for informing the company of the defective article for exchange. I am an old man aged 80 years. Kindly help me to get the defective product exchanged.
