I purchased five rings from their selection, and they were incredibly accommodating and kind when I placed my order. They also took my size.
I was given 5 rings, but one of them hurt my finger because it was so large and had a poor design.
The other four rings were considerably larger than mine. They offered to exchange it and even reduce the size if I shipped it back.
It has been nearly two months. They currently won’t exchange or alter the size.
They say to contact our legal team in an extremely rude manner, and they now object to the exchange and size adjustment.
They claim that it is a natural disaster and that the rings cannot be reduced for manufacturing purposes.
Even though they were the ones who approved it, they are not willing to change it or reduce its size.
Additionally, they advise getting it made into gold and deduct the necessary sum. Why am I required to pay in gold?
Their website is operational. Even though Swarish Jewels is operating and is able to accept new orders, they continue to claim that silver production has ceased. They said to contact the legal team when I asked for at least that one ring to be returned.
