I had purchased one CARTIER automatic wrist watch from Swiss Crown through their online site (Oder No. 82965). From the day one the watch stops immediately after putting it down inspite of wearing it for 18 hours. All mails at [email protected] going unanswered. Watch still under warranty. Please help me to get the watch replaced or amount refunded.
