Car Capital India Pvt Ltd — Fraud Company, Not returning money.

The Company registered in the name of Mr Pravin Rajpurohit took money for delivering a vehicle however it failed to do so and issued me a cheque which got bounced. Now it is not returning the money for more than a month.

I paid money through RTGS on CAR CAPITAL INDIA PVT LTD Current Account (Acc No 50200004869448, HDFC Vasai West) for purchasing a Vehicle however the Owner Mr Pravin Rajpurohit did not deliver the vehicle and is not returning the Money.
