The Bluetooth speaker order and delivered are not the one as describe by site/ representative on the website. also no option of returning the Product.

I Have order the Bluetooth speaker and headphone set my order no is 58903, the product should be branded and refurbish , but the products are not as describe on the site or said by representative. in website there is no option of return the product. also there is no customer care no.
