On 9/4/2019 i have ordered a casio g-shock mud master (Gg-1000gb) watch from timepcs.in with an order reference daenpsjxa. But on the next day i got a call from the company that the item i ordered was the last piece, and that, it has some scratches and is not fit for sale, so they tell me to choose another mud master watches. This time i have choosen mud master gg-1000 model. With a higher price.

Then the cancelled my last order and made a new order by themselves (Order reference – daenpsjxa), in which they still made an order of the last model which they said was not fit for sale.

When i received the product i saw that the part of the watch where the strap was attached was broken. Also, the product they send have a print of other model number on the back, which confirms that the product was fake. I made a complaint immediately in which they ask me to send the photo on the next day, which i send. Then from that day onward, the are just keeping quiet and the do not reply my email and phone calls.

I want a full refund of the purchase i made.
