Dear concerned,My led is not working since 27/8/2013, and service request was logged in on same day, service request no. given to me is 082713-1206, from service centre 1 person came to us and checked led and told motherboard need to be replaced, after 4-5days he came with a part and replaced but still led not worked, he said bring led to service centre. After 3-4 days, they came with new parts again and after replacement, led still not worked, they took led with them and now they are not updating any status. we got the no. Of mr. Harvinder of toshiba, even he has not replied to my satisfaction, he said wait for another week or 10 days. Its already 18days passed of my complaint and still i have been asked to wait for 10 days with no assurity that it will be fixed after 10 days,Now i think i must go to consumer court to get my work done. And i must contact to t.v channel to get my complaint attended soon.
