Transcend – Irregularity In Warranty Services

I had given my transcend External hdd for replacement in ACCEL service center Nagpur on 18-Mar-2013 having Call id – TSCBKX130000199DW. It had passed nearly 6 months and till this date I had not recived my hdd. Due to this kind of irregularities in your service providation I had faced lots of trouble n losss.
