As per the return policy of snapdeal i am returned the product as size not matching. The returned product is delivered to them on 15.10.2013 but yet they are not initiated for refund. Order No. : 1297347997. Details is attached herewith.

I haven’t received my refund. It’s totally fake
My order no is 1687784039 . I ordered on EMI using my credit card.
Received one product however not the other one.

I haven’t received my refund yet. It’s totally fake that they are 100% TrustPay.
My order ID is 2161019671 and it has been cancelled by snapdeal because of non availability of product but still I did not receive my refund. I suggest don’t go for snapdeal.

TrusPay seems to be in convince with Snapdeal to do Financial Crime. The modus of operandi is to use the money for 10 to 20 days and then refund it by not supplying the ordered item. It is not understood why the items are offered on the portal when these cannot be supplied.
We, the victims of this type of fraud should unite and file FIR against Snapdeal for doing such fraud.
I bought a chair with order number 2332062381 from snapdeal website, but I have received damaged item from them. I complained them so many times through phone and also logged a complaint in snap deal website, but till now no action taken place for reverse picking up of the item. Looks like snapdeal is selling low quality damaged products through their website and cheating their customers by not responding properly to them. Do not buy from snapdeal even prices are low, otherwise you will be ended up by calling their customer care so many times.
I ordered black color lg g3 but i received gold color. And its clearly mentioned on the box that it contains circul cover worth 3500/- but it was’t there. I need my refund a.s.a.p so that i can buy this phone from somewhere else. My experience with amazon and flipkart has been great. I bought from snapdeal only becuse its indian company, but clearly you need to improve your standard if you want to compete with them. Wrong color is somewhat exceptable but i am really surprised that i didn’t got cover. In simple words its fraud/cheating.
