On 24 jan 2014 I received a call from +911409430223. A man spoke, he told me his name was Pankaj and told about an sms plan and before I could reply anything he disconnected the call and the service was activated.
I am having recording of this particular call in my mobile and I will now take this matter to consumer forum and consumer court for further concern. Kindly show your suitable action in this regard.
