electricity bills are booked on assumption basis.The meter reader never takes the pain to check the meter reading and blindly books the bills on his assumptions. Heavy bills are booked and threat for disconnection is also served. Complains have been lodged earlier with SDO and on line UPPCL and huge corrections were made after checking the reading. Now again for the month of June and July similar heavy bills have been served without checking the meter readings. Request you to please help in this matter and take serious action against the culprits.
