1) we were communicating via whatsapp as they asked me to do this way as their preferred communication method. But later they stopped responding to our messages..

2) There are 5 stages payment structure and we already paid more than 80% of the total cost. When they finish the stage, they suppose to send us the invoice for the next stage via whatsapp or email . But they did not send us until now.

3) we understand the situation in sri lanka due to covid and fuel crisis. We already gave considerable amount of extra time. But the real issue is they don’t have an expected delivery date even after 2 and half years. Lets see how many more years they will take to finish this.
