I Have received my order order # 100005108, I have ordered for 20800 MAh power bank but the power bank I received a duplicate used product is having capacity 10400 MAh and even its not workig at all
I am also trying to call your customer care no 01166575920 but did not getting any response.

Please do the needfull on priority.
