I have ordered a power bank Mi-20800 Mah of Rs.899.55 on dt.24.08.2016 on COD from “Varideal.com”basis. I have received the product on 31.08.2016 & instantly I have opened the pack in front the courier boy and I became surprise that I have been delivered Mi-10400 Mah power bank. Then I suddenly dial to 011-66575920 more that 50 times, but I got no respond from that number. A voice recorded has been set and it is like ” All our customer care executive are busy attaining another call, we have noted your number & we will get back to you shortly.” then I also mail to [email protected], on dt.31.08.2016 but got no reply.
I am very sure that this site Varideal.com is a fraud online sales site & cheating cunsumers by selling used, unsubscribed & unconditional products.
Therefore I request the forum to please find the culprit of the site & punish them & refund my money. The details are given below.
