This is regarding the purchase of the above mentioned shoe ( Doc Martin, Bravo LT/ Blanco White, Size 8 ) from Vefro which was delivered on 4th May 2017. I would like to exchange it as size 8 is small and want the same in size 9. Order ID is #7245 and Tracking ID : 193018288.

If any courier executive can come and collect the shoe, it would be of great help and i also want to exchange it at the earliest.

I would like to remind that i had a chat with Drishti, Associate Customer Delight regarding this and she said that the request for exchange has been accepted but no one has come to collect the shoe. I have also written a mail to Vefro and Doc Martin but there was no reply.
P.S : The shoe is not used.

Please look into the matter and resolve it at the earliest.
