Well I placed an order of a pair of shoe for birthday of my cousin and I must say, this is the bad and the worst customer service I have ever had. Just opened the box and I am writing this email now. First of all, you people don’t have any direct number to call on your website and second thing, I haven’t got what I have placed. I placed order of black shoe and it is really embarrassing when I opened the box, a different color shoe is in the box. I haven’t touched the shoe yet. You have spoiled birthday present and now take this shoe and give me the one I have placed and I need compensation for this. Just deliver me what I have ordered. If you see this is leather show not the show you have given me and most important thing is, now you have increased the shoe price as well THEY HAVE GIVEN EMAIL ON THE WEBSITE BUT WHEN WE SEND EMAIL, IT REJECTS EVERYTIME.
