Hello Sir,

We raised a request to purchase Saree’s online in Valenton app by downloading the application and paid the money 1830/- through online on 4th of January 2018. After that when we try to contact from that date multiple times they are not responding either to mails, chat and to calls. When we try to contact from different number they are picking the call and everytime they will say we will try to resolve your issue by tomorrow. This is really frustrating us. We need your extreme help to resolve this issue.

  1. Hi sir I ordered one saree on 4th September and I paid 1029 rupees after paid the amount they sent a message it will deliver 1 to 2 business days one week got over till now I am not getting the courier order I’d is ORD16646 please ask them to refund the money ASAP thank you
