I had ordered wireless ear pods, which I had selected after seeing the advertised pictures, but I was delivered Big Wired Headphones; and that too broken. The courier person when showed the damaged product refused to take it back, created a ruckus demanding the Cash On Delivery Amount. I want a refund, and such traders should be penalized and banned.
