Regarding PNR No:- 5ZHFYT firstly I requested to reschedule the flight but due to delay in response from Vistara airlines there customer care executive told that we are cancelling your flight and total refund of Rs.7346.- will paid to you and also submitted the medical certificate for the reason.
Due to medical issue we were requesting to reschedule but there was not response from Vistara airlines and very delayed response
