I have ordered black and brown hair colouring sponge 15 days back. I have received the package 2 days back. On opening ..the black hair colour sponge was in a good condition. But the brown sponge is defective ..the sponge given in it is not in contact vd the brown powder…I want to exchange the brown hair sponge product for another black hair sponge ..
