Hello I hope this reached the right people as I am in great danger. Vodafone India LTD I am a customer with them unluckily. I had an outstanding amount of Rs 2630/- which I made a payment through Internet Banking as per the details sent to me by Lakkam Suraj on the 12th December 2017 after the money got deducted from my State Bank of India Account I never heard back from this gentlemen again. I got a Attorney notice on the JAN 5th 2018 saying that I have not payed the above said outstanding amount and if I fail to do so which I thought it was taken care they will do a legal action against me. I sent him all the email trails from the previous along with my recent Bank Statements which clearly shows the debited amount, after that again I never heard back from this gentlemen.
Although this procedure I didn’t have my service activated. As all my OTP’s are attached to this phone number i.e +91 9870282459 I couldn’t access my bank accounts in India. I have a House Loan of which the EMI is due every 9th of the month due to which one of my cheque already got bounced. I did speak to a representative named Sheetal whose company phone number is +91 022 67503113/114 2 weeks before from now she promised over the phone after seeing all the email trails that my number will be activated which again didn’t happen. I am working in Dallas, Texas, USA. She again said she will have to check again and disconnected my call and refused to answer all through 2 hours.
