Vodafone – Billing even after Full and final Payment

I was using Vodafone number 9953147779 and I got it disconnected in November 2014 but there was some billing issues which after numerous of mail exchange and phone calls could not be resolved. So after receiving lame responses and unnecessary stretching of issues I gave up and made the full and final payment in December 2014. But despite the full and final payment they are still billing me on monthly basis with late fees as well. On raising the issue, they are again in there old unethical tactics of stretching the issue and giving pathetic responses.

I have raised the issue to their complaint division, appellate, facebook, twitter etc. but its equally irresponsibly and lack seriousness to resolve is the issue. Needed an advice to take right action against their unethical conduct.
