Vodafone – Internet disconnection

Dear Sir/Ma’am I recharged my internet card on 21st August 2013 of Rs. 97 on which i got data of 600 MB for 21 days (2G). But i was automatically unsubscribed from the internet service on 23rd August 2013 and a new internet service of 100 MB of 3G srvice was provided to me which i did not demanded. And it was also deactivated on 24th August 2013. And i was having a balance of almost 585 MB remaining on my internet card remaining as on 23rd August. And then i called customer care no. twice ( 1st on 23 and 2nd on 24th ) and they said that they will transfer the complaint to there seniors and i will receive their call within 24 hours. But i have not received a single call from 2 days from the vodafone company. So, its my request that a strict action should be taken against this case.
