I have been billed excess Rs 98 against my Vodafone postpaid number stating as VAS deductions. Came to know on checking last deductions and showing as Wwapdls0049_ppu_kin014. When I contacted the customer service Vodafone they told me that there was a download made from any unwanted websites. I haven’t activated any additional services and nor visited any unwanted websites. Request to do needful
