Similar incident happened with my phone wwap_dls0049_ppu_kin01467 Vodafone deducted 49 rupees from my number 9681458179 fraudently.
I had similar charges this month. Fought and got them reversed. Vodafone should be reported to TRAI for unethical business.
I have been charged INR 149 in my bill for content download like wwap_dls0049_ppu_kin01467, dwap_wal0010_ppu_plu0106, wwap_dls0049_ppu_kin01467. This is fraud from vodafone to charge extra bill. Vodafone is doing unethical business and they need to be banned.I will have abandon connection .
I have been charged INR.49 in my bill for content download like wwap_dls0049_ppu_kin01467. Time is showing 3am. I did not download such. My no is 933076817.
Why Vodafone trying to prove itself as FRAUD / CHEATER?
In ultimate scenario I will have abandon the connection without paying the bill, don’t care what they can do.
I have been charged INR 49.00 for download on 15th Nov at 12:52:47 hrs. of some wwap_dls0049_ppu_kin01467.
I have not done any such download and tried to find on my phone too but nothing is there. This seems to be some kind of error. Request your help to get this sorted out and help to get the refund of the amount as I can see that there are many cases of similar charges applied by Vodafone to multiple users at various times. Vodafone must take some precautionary steps to avoid such errors in the billing to any customer.
