Complaint:
I opened an account on the western wear shops portal and placed my order for the purchase of 10 mini wine bottles
I paid 100% order value with my credit card on 16-June-22 on placing the order #western66SW71 dated 16-June-22 for 10 mini wine bottles.
until last week the status showed awaiting processing.
My efforts to contact Western Wear Shops support over the last week goes unanswered.
I have been posting my concerns on the portal “contact us” page and also sent emails to [email protected] with no response.
Their Unethical behavior puts us, customers, in great hardships and disappointments while expecting to receive the consignment.
I do not know how many other people have faced similar issues with them.
My request is they refunded the money paid by me in full.
The present status on the portal indicates there are no orders
