We purchased 1 no microwave on 2/9/12 which was working well till mid June’13. After that we faced issues in keypad for that we lodged compliant at your customer care on 22/6/13. Engineer visited and found the issue and ensured that keypad
would be replaced with the new one.
Few days later engineer visited with new keypad but the same was not of that microwave, so we went away ensuring that new keypad would be replaced after few days.
Since then I am helpless and no response from your end. While checking with the engineer and customer care I am not getting any proper feedabck and they are rather interested in avoiding the situation.
