I ordered a Designer Bandhani Dress Material from wholesalemarketsurat.com on September 2. They promised to dispatch by 3 days. After 3 days i asked for shipment details. They told me they will send me shipping details tomorrow. Each day they where making excuses regarding this. when i called them on September 12 they told me i will receive it today or tomorrow. i asked them which courier they told me fedex. they promised me to update shipping details through whatsapp. They didnt send me any details so i called them in the afternoon regarding courier details. At that time they told me they have to receive the product from vendor. I told them if they cannot ship then cancel the order and refund the amount. they are just making excuses.
