Good afternoon.
Like many others, i too came across your company “wisdom jobs.com” and looked forward for an opportunity of better job resulting to better lifestyle. The reasons behind agreeing to take your (Means the company) services was to be away from the frauds and cheaters all around us. However, to my surprise i was unable to gather some preferable experiences from the company representatives. So, before it becomes too late i thought i should share my concerns with you and understand the policies of your company.
The concerns are as follows:-
1. The 1st call i received from your company was from ms. Sravani chintala, a very courteous call, she spoke about the services that the company would provide me. However, there has always been a contradiction of her statements, i. E.
* she said to get recruitment services in india i had to pay rs 4, 190 and for india cum abroad the prepaid service will cost me rs 6, 500. When i request her to send the same through email, she mentioned only 6, 500/-. She also mentioned that its a one time fee.
* on the day of my registration, she spoke about the gst charges and mentioned that i had to pay rs 7, 670. How can this happen and why was it not made clear in the very 1st email? On my request she again sent me a second email with the break up of rs 7, 670. Please find the attachment below, in support of the fact mentioned.
* in her email she quotes services are valid until you are placed physically in to the selected organization. Which she even highlights while speaking that the company with handhold the customer till he/she gets his/her preferable job.
However, the email sent by ms. Meghana mentions a contradictory statement this service is valid for 90 days
Why are they stating two different statements?
2.in sravani’s email she qoutes between you and the end company there will not be any involvement of consultancies or placement agencies and also quotes we don’t market or share your resume with consultants or placement agents or 3rd party agents.
Which means that the company will connect me directly to the schools who have shown interest in my resume. Then how come i get a call from mr. Amith (This call was connected by ms. Sravani) who claims to be an overseas job recruiter. Would’nt he be considered as the third party?
* yesterday i received a call from mr. Amith, he briefed me regarding the available jobs in uae, though the names of the schools were not clear at all. He also informed me that i will have to appear in a written test and forward few documents for further process.in the evening i received a call from ms. Sravani and she again connects me to mr. Sanjay. He then first collects all information regarding my conversation with mr. Amith and then elaborates the same. He also mentions that i have to pay rs 12, 500 to the overseas recruiter, as caution deposit. When i refused to pay, he loses his temper and starts misbehaving. He says that he is not a salesman, he also mentions that to get jobs people now a days are paying in lakhs.
Is this the way you treat your customers? Why are the representatives only calling up and not sending the same through mails? If you have the policies of collecting money now and then, why don’t you let the customer know it in the very 1st email? Why are you cheating the customer? How do your representatives misbehave when they are doing customer services?
