I have paid 800 rupees on wooe.in to register for a test series pack. At that time they have promised that they would clear all our doubts through mail/ message. But after purchasing they even dont respond to our doubts. Not only this, they have said in their website that for referring our friends to the website they would give referral amount of 20 rupees for each friend regestering and once our wallet balance crosses 1000 rupees they would pay the amount to my bank account. My wallet balance is 1279 from november 2019 but till now they havent paid that amount to my bank account. I have mailed them several times but there is no response from them. Kindly help me with this for denial of promised services from them.

Wat is this…showing of low cost and making people to attract and of no use..plz dnt play with students..I didn’t get test series even though I paid money.
And u promised as 120 tests. Honestly I don’t need cash back, but resolve the issue of testseries
